Refund policy

WEEKLY MEAL PREP: Clients must let chef know by one week prior if they will not be needing food for the following week. After invoice has been processed, weekly meal prep is non refundable. When possible, chef can redirect food from late cancellations to someone else of the client’s choosing and/or freeze any good-for-the-freezer candidates.

PRIVATE EVENTS: If you need to cancel or reschedule, private clients are able to do so up until one month prior to your event for a full refund. After that a 50% deposit will be retained and non-refundable. Reschedules are at the discretion and availability of the chef, but we will do our best to accommodate any emergencies or change of dates possible.

LA Supper Series: Supper Series tickets are non refundable but if you are no longer able to attend, you can let us know prior to the event and we will attempt to find a replacement. Otherwise we ask that you find someone to take your place at the table and hope to see you at the next one.
